Mediation is a process which facilitates the settlement of litigated matters prior to trial. Mediation encourages and supports communication between the parties to the lawsuit who wish to settle their case. In a mediation, unlike a trial or arbitration, the parties are in control of the process, and have the power to fashion their own resolution of the dispute, through the facilitation of a third party neutral mediator. All mediations are confidential in that no one may discuss or use comments in subsequent proceeding.
Craig serves as a private mediator and as a mediator on the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s ADR panel. He has been certified by Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute mediation program. His mediation practice includes mediations of personal injury, real estate, employment and business disputes.
